Easily the worst internet retailer experience I have ever had. I placed an order on 9/18/2014, today is 11/20/2014 and I still do not have the product even though my credit card was charged more than 2 months ago! At the time of ordering, I was never informed of any stock issue or backorder. On 10/20/2014, I was told that they would be shipping "within a few days", and that would receive a free box of Christmas lights for my trouble. A week ago, I was told they would ship by the end of the current week, and still nothing!
If you want to get ripped off, order from them. They will charge your credit card immediately even if they don't have product in stock. I thought this was illegal - If you want a defective product, order from them.

This company has the worst customer communication I have ever experienced. I could go on an on regarding details on how I was lied to regarding when the product would actually ship, I am actually surprised I received my order after 5 months of waiting.
I ordered a solar fountain kit in March 2014. It finally arrived in August. August - really? yes. August. Numerous emails went unanswered, calling them over the phone is worthless as they have recently dumped all their calls to a third-party call center in India. It is impossible to actually speak with someone in the US.
If you want quality hardware - find somewhere else to buy from. It's very unfortunate this company is run this poorly.
Like I said I was looking forward to receiving the solar pump kit even with the 5 month wait. Very disappointing.
Regardless of the extreme delay in receiving the pump, I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately the controller is defective. I have tried to contact support 5 times regarding the defective controller. (phone, email and online request form)
The controller outputs ZERO volts, but the solar panel does charge the battery. And yes I know how to use a voltmeter.
